If You’re Looking to Lose Weight Over 40, Sometimes You’ve Got To Say - Fork it

Making eating weird to feel good and unlock new gains.

If you want to eat less, make it awkward. Hold your fork with your non-dominant hand and you will slow down your eating and savor more. Eating slower gives your brain time to catch up to your stomach so you feel fuller after less food. Easy as pie.
